Sinopse:
Há 10 anos, a Pandora Box foi encontrada em Marte. Quando foi levada para a Terra, esta criou uma muralha que dividiu o Japão em três, surgindo assim as regiões de Touto, Hokuto e Seito. Ao mesmo tempo que isto aconteceu, começaram também a surgir os Smash, formas de vida não identificadas que começam a atacar as pessoas. Isto leva a que o Sento Kiryu, um cientista prodigioso, se transforme no Kamen Rider Build para enfrentar e levar de vencida os Smash.
